What is the difference (nutritionally) between raw organic cacao beans and powder?
The powder seems far more versatile... but the beans could just be a healthy snack to munch on occasionally. I'd like whichever one was better nutritionally.
Is anything taken out of the beans when it is made into powder?
Thanks!

If it's raw, it's unlikely anything is lost in the process of making the raw cacao beans a powder; they're simply pulverized. The beans might be more satisfying because you have to chew them, but, as you said, the powder is much more versatile.
