Lindt and Giradelli have 85% at Publix!!!

Whole foods is full of them nowadays.

I suppose it also depends where you live.

The highest Ive seen is 88% at whole foods.


where do you even find 80% cocoa bars? in whole foods i’ve only seen 60-70% tops.


I used to only like milk chocolate but now I don’t drink milk anymore and I’ve developed a taste for dark chocolate.


It’s got to be because fast food is too calorie-dense, and not nutrient-rich, and fiberless, with too much sodium, and processed sugar.

No all chocolate has caffeine. Theobromine has the same properties of caffeine but without the hyperactivity that caffeine causes. It affects humans on a lesser scale than caffeine but lasts twice as long. As for acid reflux, pepper is much words on this than chocolate. Most people will not get reflux from chocolate like they do from greasy foods. It will not create a craving for starchy foods like other sweets. There are also lots of other health benefits from chocolate not listed here.

well lets put it this way and summarise everything that is edible out there:-
bad taste = healthy and good for u
delightful and irresistable taste = unhealthy and fatty
this is 99.9% of all the food on earth!! think bout it so basically we r not meant to enjoy wat we eat! if we wanna live healthy :(


fast food is bad for you because it lacks variety. If fast food was diverse, and we could switch between the different kinds, it wouldn’t be as bad.


Do any of you realize that the saturated fat in cocoa is medium chain fatty acids (similar to coconut) and are easily digestible and used through our body. Cocoa is known as a good “stress reliever” and has a good source of iron and fiber. It isn’t fattening unless you eat way to much OR if you get the infamous chocolate bar, which is added sugar and milk. Go with 80% Cocoa bars or higher for the best benefits.


Because of all the carbs and sugar in buns, soda, ice cream, fries, etc. And the frying of foods in trans fats and hydrogenated vegetable oils. The processing, etc of the meats (probably grain fed, filled with growth hormones) and cheeses(processed homogenized pastuerized etc..)


Because it has a high level of unsaturated fat and has a lot of calories.

WHY IS FAST FOOD BAD *underlines the words ‘FOR YOU’*


i am concerned that you do not acknowledge the difference between CHOCOLATE and RAW CACAO. You take it for granted that everyone is consuming Hersheys and Snickers. The raw cacao that is sold at health foods stores is one of the most nutritionally dense foods out there, instead of sugar they often use agave nectar to sweeten it which is good for diabetics, and often uses no milk. You leave your listeners with the impression that chocolate and raw cacao are one and the same.


it is bad for you because it has low nutrients and high calories also it is high in sugar and sodium which is bad for you


Fast food is bad because it makes you reach an energy high for a very short period of time, and then it makes you crash and be tired, really hungry and not happy at all. Not only that, it´s also deprived of nutritional value, it´s filled with unhealthy fats, salt, sugar, and refined carbs.

Halloween is an ancient festival from Ireland and it’s thousands of years old. 25 years ago, kids started demanding more sweets at Halloween but it used to be a harvest festival where children enjoyed fruit and nuts. When I was a child, there was still a large emphasis on fruit and nuts.


Halloween is originally a pagan festivity; but i agree with you that the industry made it all about candy; because it originally had to do with the day the veil between th world of th dead and the living became the thinnest; masks were used; but i doubt about candy


lately i only eat dark chocolate cuz im allergic to milk; and when i feel for some candy i buy almonds in dark chocolate :p no need to say they disappear very fastly :p

well, i don’t eat regular sugar candy because i’m sensitive to sugar and get very bad moodswings if i eat it


fastfood i bad becausee it’s highly caloric and not nutritive at all; it’s also addictive and the high fatty tastes in it makes you lose taste sensitivity, then you find no taste in healthy foods, like vegetables, etc


I dont like chocolate. its disgusting! and gurls dont realize their breath gets worse after chocolate. sugar is one of those things that makes a very horrible bad breath. and it gives you pimples on face and butt.

everyone should have xocolatl! aztecs didnt have sugar, so they put in raw vanilla, chili and few other things. its wonderful.

but otherwise I dont eat any sweets. I only eat for nutrition, not to keep yourself happy. I laugh at pansies that cant stand living without chocolate.


Fast food is bad because it is high in (empty) calories and fat (the bad kind). It is also low in vitamins and minerals and doesn’t contain the necessary nutrients your body needs to function properly. Fast food harly contains any fiber as well.


When you eat food you are eating information. The healthy expression of our DNA requires consuming healthy DNA found in natural whole foods. Fast food is usually altered information that our genetic code has never dealt with so it does not express itself well.
