Very good hot chocolate but you need to purchase the creamer to use with this product. Otherwise it is just chocolate with hot water.

I had high hopes for this product, but was disappointed in the ‘watery’ chocolate flavor. It reminded me of the over-priced hot chocolate you get at football stadiums. I guess I hoped for a richer, creamier hot chocolate and was less than impressed by the chocolate water I ended up with. The hot chocolate discs also leave a lot of chocolate syrup residue in the brewing unit, which is difficult to remove even with immediate cleaning run-throughs.

One of the commenters remarked that this has a watery taste – yes, because it is made with water and with milk, like the “real” hot chocolate is supposed to be made of. But is you let one of those milk discs run through the machine after the chocolate syrup, it really improves the taste. And the calories, but what the hack, you chose the chocolate to indulge yourself, not to loose weight, right? I like the taste(with milk) and did not expect otherwise – Suchard is one of the premium chocolate makers in Europe.

To be honest, I’ve never tried this chocolate by itself (I really like the Milka for a hot chocolate). But after finding this on sale, I tried it as an addition to my cappuccino, and it was great! It stretched my cappuccino and made it taste nice and chocolatey.
If you’re not happy with this product by itself, try it mixed with something else – you mighit really enjoy it. But be sure to use a big mug!

I love hot chocolate. I have it every morning in place of coffee. However, the Suchard is not near as good as the Milka hot chocolate I have been getting from Tassimodirect. Amazon please start carrying the Milka Hot Chocolate t-discs!!! The Milka comes with chocolate discs and creamer discs and it makes the best hot chocolate ever.
