Ohh I get it now. Oscar has legs (believe it or not!) He is able to get out of his can at will. He used to have a friend named Bruno who’d carry him around, too. I think in this case, though, Oscar walked out on his own free will :O)
LOL! Yuck! I didn’t remember the part about Oscar coming in until I saw it here. I’m surprised that Oscar even had regular chocolate ice creme cones. I thought he didn’t like anything unless it was all yucky.
I really liked this clip, after watching it, I wish it was part of the “40 Years of Sunny days” DVD set. Oh well, that’s still an awesome DVD for Sesame Street fans.
Oscars most favorite dessert is a strawberry sundae with sardines and pickles on top.
And as you can see, his second favorite is mashed bananas with ice cubes and gravy.
It’s true Oscar wasn’t normally that generous, but think about the circumstances… He’s holding an Ice Cream cone and sees Ice Cubes and a bannana covered with Gravy. He’d do anything to eat something so yucky, even be generous!
Oscar did Bert a favor. Just so Bert wouldn’t have have to see that plate of mashed banana, ice cubes and brown gravy, Oscar would clear it away with his appetite and lick the plate clean.
