What chocolate chip cookie dough recipe is good for rolling out and using cookie cutters?
I'm going to be making chocolate chip cookies for my dad's birthday on Halloween and I got mini cookie cutters in the shape of halloween stuff. I am also going to be using mini chocolate chips. Can I use any recipe to roll out if I chill the dough for a while or is there a specific recipe that is best for this?

I did that with Valentine's cookie cutters. Just use the recipe on the back of the chocolate chips bag. The Nestle one. The cookies turned out great.

It would be very hard to roll out dough that has chocolate chips in it. and that dough is very sticky, even if you refrigerate it first.
all my recipes have you drop the cookie dough by tablespoons full, the cookie spreads on the sheet while baking.
You could try chilling the dough really good, then patting out the dough and cutting it with a cookie cutter.
