lol, in science class there was a question about how to melt a solid without burning it, and it was an extra credit question that we weren’t specifically taught, but because I watched the crap out of this show in high school I wrote about how you could fashion a double boiler out of two mismatched sized beakers, a bunsen burner, and some water.

love watching ina’s cooking. loved when she made the lemon squares, the chocolate truffles, the briscuit, the coconut maceroons. there’s so much delicious food that this woman can make.

Yes, her husband is a bit akward on screen, but that’s his charm. Also, I think that they do have a very lovely relationship, especially after being married for 40 years! I really think that they adore each other, which is great. And I love her food!

Thats is so true that her voice is relaxing and calm. Her voice gives me goosebumbs.
I love Ina! She’s really got a way with food and I love how she believes that simple is fabulous! She made this chicken liver dip once and I hate liver but she made it look sooo good that I had to try it and I ended up loving it!!!! Now that’s a good chef!
