These work with pretty much any cake mix. I made them with a lemon cake mix and they were really good. I’m thinking about trying it with the carrot cake mix.
My mom made some of these today, and I’m snacking on a couple right now. They taste absolutely exquisite!
The chocolate chips sounds like a good idea! I found that the best really moist cake mix is Betty Crocker’s Super Moist Triple Fudge.

I love those things, but try not to eat them too often.
Haven’t tried the chocolate variety yet, but will have to try it sometime.
I made these cookies last night, they were alright but needed more of a taste, and they arnt that chewy.
