Merci Jean-Pierre, je voulais que ma petite fille puisse voir comment faire la bûche de noël avant de la faire dans quelques semaines.
J’en fais une tous les ans, cette année ce sera genoise à la vanille fourrée de crême de marrons et pistaches et recouverte de ganache !
Je vis en Californie de nord et la crême de marrons sent bon l’hiver et les fêtes !
