How do you make chocolate from cocoa powder?
I am looking for a quick and relatively easy recipe for making hard like milk chocolate from cocoa powder and butter, and whatever else is needed. I do not have powdered sugar. Can anyone help?

Sorry, you really can't do that. They are two different things. You can't make anything like chocolate baking bars or eating bars from cocoa and butter.

Making milk chocolate bars is neither quick or relatively easy.
Chocolate bars are made from chocolate liquor. Cocoa has had the fats removed and only the cocoa powder remains. To make bars you would need to add the fat back to it. This is a recipe which can be used:
1 cup of cocoa butter (grated)
1 cup of coconut oil
4 Tbs Cacao Powder
Honey or other sweetener to taste.
Melt cacao butter & coconut oil using a double boiler. You do not need to let the water come to a rapid boil, just let the water reach 100 degrees. Once melted pour into a bowl & add cocoa powder. Stir until dissolved, add honey to taste. Once all ingredients are mixed pour into candy molds or ice trays. Place molds in freezer once chocolate has hardened – Enjoy!
You can certainly make this chocolate bar but it will not come out as good as a company might make it because you do not have a refiner(partical size) or a conche(heating and agitating machine to develop flavors) but you can certainly have fun with it and make a chocolate you will enjoy…
