Eggless Pineapple Cake Recipe by Manjula

www.manjulaskitchen.com Eggless Pineapple Cake Recipe by Manjula Ingredients 1-1/4 cup all purpose flour (maida) 1/2 can (7oz) sweetened condense milk 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup melted butter 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple, drained. Save the juice.

hi, i m not a professional but a regular with cooking. i have used this recipe on different occassions. i noticed sum tinned pinapples are (probably because of the sugar syrup quality ) inherently bitter in taste, specially wen cooked coz the sugar gets charred. try changing ur brand of pinapples. as for the unsalted butter, u can try nutralite or margarine or even oil.doesnt affect the recipe much


Can we bake this cake in Microwave?

you can add some walnuts about using butter paper that’s your choice.


one more question can u make banana and walnut cake with these same ingredients used in this cake?

loved ur cake, I have tried it and it was so delicious lasted only a a few seconds:-)) we ate it up so fast!!!!!!!!!! was soft, and turned out perfect used self raising flour so easy and so good, please post in more fat free, oil free and sugar free recipes for me as am supposed to be on a diet:-((


Thank you for the great recipe! Just a few ?’s.. Can I substitute butter with oil & omit cardamon powder? Will the cake rise if I reduce the condense milk?


you can use fresh pineapple after dicing the pineapple add 2 to 3 spoons of sugar and let it sit for an hour before using.
