Thank you, most appriciated. :)

1/2 a cup

stevia is much much sweeter then splenda even, i would use like 1/4 of the amount.. if that. Do it to taste i guess.

Jess, if you are dubbleing the recipe how much egg beaters do you need to put in?

PS. You look great. :)

What else do you use pure pumpkin for? I have all of this left over pumpkin and I don’t know what to do with it! lol

Haha okay. I was making sure it wasn’t my math haha.

wait wait, you said we can use the same amount of stevia?
1/c. stevia would be CRAZY sweet, lol! isnt it like 400x sweeter than sugar? :P
I was just wondering if you know the ratio if we do use stevia, and if we should add less liquid?

I use SweetLeaf brand of stevia…and I use it in baking…yeah, 1 cup is WAY too much! Most of the recipes I’ve seen seem to only call for about 1 teaspoon of stevia. If you prefer it sweeter, you can always add more, so you might want to do it to taste. I know there is a conversion chart at http://www.sweetleaf.com in the kitchen.
