OK. Im having a craving for chocolate. What is your favorite kind of chocolate and what kind of chocolately things can you make with it?

These decadent bars are packed with “three treasures” - pecans, chocolate chips and coconut flakes.
Tres Tesoros Brownies
1 stick (4-ounces) butter
2 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a small saucepan (or in medium bowl in microwave) melt butter and chocolate over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar; beat in eggs and vanilla, then stir in flour, nuts, chocolate chips and coconut.
Spread batter in a lightly greased 8-inch square baking pan; bake for 25 minutes, until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan and middle has barely set.
Let cool and cut into squares to serve.
Makes 9 large bars.

I love white chocolate, so I dip strawberries in it or little pretzles.
i like to eat hershey’s chocolate/twix/crunch bars
but for baking i use baker’s semisweet/unsweetened baking squares and i make brownies, cakes (bonnie butter cake with frenchsilk frosting) and other chocolaty stuff
Mine is Milk Chocolate Bars. I make all kind of things with it. Like smores, chocolate coated strawberries, Extra Chocolate Brownies, hot chocolate….. and that is about it unless i have a very great day. Good luck!
