Haha, you made me smile a couple of times in this video!

Loved it, can’t wait to make it!

where can i find ingridients list.. like step by step…

This looks so delicious. Going to make the bf some of this for Valentine’s Day =D

WHat about rabies?

because when you leave it alone with water, it ceases, but if you whick it makes it thicken and smooth, heston says so

why didnt the chocolate cease, you melted it with water?

Chilli brings the flavour of chocolate out very well, and the tastes go well too. (Same with salt)

no, is not. You use half and half for coffee (half heavy cream half milk). Heavy cream is much thicker.

I tried this once and i LOVED IT! i do it every holiday… thanksgiving, christmas, new years, birthdays, i am having people over today and i am making it right now!

Aztecs mixed chocolate and chile peppers.
They do go well together, if has been done (again) since the early ’90s.
It doesn’t need to be a hot chile, it can be ancho or the chili powder mixes from stores.

The fat and sugar from the chocolate offsets the heat. The earthy part of the pepper flavor mixes well with the chocolate.

Coffee liquor or espresso would be a nice addition too.

The cream you put into coffee might be half and half, which doesn’t have enough fat to whip up properly.
If you put the whipped cream topping on overnight, some of it will liquefy. Whipped cream is mostly but not completely stable.
An egg should last a week if it wasn’t too near its expiration date. There are pasturized eggs in cartons if you are concerned about safety. Eggs cook at 140 and he takes it to 150.
Boiling water is too hot and harder to control.

chile pepper? WTF!

to which comment?

nope, i don’t think so.

is heavy cream the same thing as the cream you put in coffee?

can i put the wihpped crem on top with it overnight? and how long will it last in the fridge until the egg spoils or somthing?

can it be boiling water?

reli? thx! =)

yeah they both are hot so i don’t see why it would cause a problem the point is just to bring out the flavour of the chocolate right??

can we use the normal chilli powder instead of chipotle chilli powder?! please someone REPLY!
