cc, they are completely sinful. when i first read the recipe, i was tempted to cut out the ganache, but i realized that it would be perfect for what i wanted to create, which was a cupcake that looked like an espresso drink. i thought it would be too sweet and OTT, but it turned out to be just right. and still over the top :D

can u alter this recipe by using cream liqueur instead of the milk?
i’m not sure. i don’t know how that much alcohol would affect the recipe; you may want to try half milk-half liqueur at first.

i need help…i cant find espresso cups anywhere lo or 4 oz paper cups. Any idea where i can buy them? thx
dattran, i bought mine from a restaurant supply store. maybe you can buy some from your local espresso bar/cafe if you can’t find a shop that sells them. you can also check a medical supplies company that sells 4 oz pill cups–they aren’t shaped the same, but they are similar. or just use paper cupcake/muffin liners.
