Are cacao beans really that good for you? What stores would have them?
I asked Whole Foods and Trader Joes and they don't carry them.
Are cacao beans as beneficial as they say?

Get bakers chocolate, that is essentially ground cacao beans with alkali. No sugar or other junk.

Any chocolate that you buy should read cacao as its first ingredient.

yeah I would agree with the dark chocolate and perhaps health food speciality stores may have them or know where you can get them however to process the beans is a lot of effort and life is too short as only a small amount would be good or necessary in your diet as it contains a lot of fat which is not good to eat a lot off…..
